About the Role
- Work US shifts scheduled between 5:30 pm & 10:30 am.
- Fixed shifts post the training period.
- 8-hour shifts including 15 minutes login and 45 minutes break.
- Rare changes in case of business requirements.

- Perform third-party collections.

Qualifications
- Third-party collections experience preferred (Medical or Telecom).
