Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Company: Saturn Labs

About Saturn Labs

Saturn Labs makes human data for Physical AI. We collect the real-world data robots learn from: video, touch and more, recorded on hardware we build in-house as people go about their work. Robotics labs use it to train their models, and we're backed by Entrepreneurs First.

About the Role

Good data starts with attention to detail. We’re looking for someone who notices when something is off, asks the right questions, and follows through. You’ll work across support, quality assurance, and daily operations to keep issues moving and quality consistent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support & issue triage: Understand queries, investigate problems, and identify the right next step.
  • Quality audits & data validation: Review data against defined standards and flag errors, inconsistencies, and gaps.
  • Issue tracking & escalation: Document problems clearly, prioritize them, and track them through closure.
  • Feedback & quality improvement: Share specific, actionable feedback and check whether it leads to improvement.
  • Process monitoring: Keep daily checks, trackers, and follow-ups accurate and up to date.
  • Pattern detection: Identify recurring issues and suggest practical ways to prevent them.

Qualifications

  • You have 0–2 years of experience. Freshers are welcome.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently in written and spoken English.
  • You spot details others miss and can explain why they matter.
  • You know when to investigate independently and when to escalate.
  • You take ownership and follow through without repeated reminders.
  • You’re comfortable learning new tools. Prior tool expertise isn’t essential.
