About the Role
Flexiple is hiring a Project Coordinator to manage active infrastructure projects across western India. This role will be based out of Mumbai or Pune, with travel to project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep schedules, material trackers, and vendor follow-ups current across two or three active projects.
- Walk sites to confirm progress against the plan.
- Chase subcontractors on open items.
- Ensure accurate project status reporting.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfort with spreadsheets and basic scheduling tools.
- Clear communication with vendors, subcontractors, and site engineers.
- Willingness to travel between site offices within the region.
Qualifications
- 1 to 4 years in project coordination, site administration, or a related support role.
- Freshers with a civil or engineering background are considered.
