About the Role

The Garcia Heritage is a premium spa and wellness centre in Anand, Gujarat. We are looking for a Spa Manager to help run our day-to-day spa operations and guide our therapists and front-desk team. You will work directly with the co-founders and be responsible for guest experience, service quality and a smooth, well-organised spa. Female candidates are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily spa operations, bookings and guest flow
• Welcome guests and make sure every guest has a comfortable experience
• Create staff schedules and supervise therapists and reception staff
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and service standards in all treatment rooms
• Handle guest feedback politely and professionally
• Keep track of supplies, inventory and daily reports
• Support the co-founders with offers, promotions and team training

Requirements

• Good communication in Gujarati and Hindi (basic English is a plus)
• Polite, confident and well-groomed, with a responsible attitude
• Willingness to learn and take on leadership
• Candidates from Anand, Vadodara, Nadiad and nearby areas preferred

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in spa management or hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory
• Prior experience in a spa, salon or hospitality role is a plus, but not required
