About the Role
This is a full-time Healthcare Specialist role based in Lucknow with a hybrid work arrangement. The Healthcare Specialist will provide medical support and guidance for field teams, customers, and internal stakeholders involved in solar installations and operations, with a focus on safety, emergency preparedness, and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing health and safety risks.
- Offering first-line medical assistance when needed.
- Coordinating emergency response procedures.
- Supporting training sessions on health, safety, and basic first aid.
- Clear communication with cross-functional teams.
- Maintaining accurate health-related records.
- Collaborating on safety protocols that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Engaging with operational staff and management to ensure a safe working environment for all individuals involved in field and on-site activities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Foundational knowledge of healthcare practices and medicine relevant to emergency response and workplace wellness.
- EMT or equivalent emergency response skills.
- Experience in delivering health and safety training to diverse teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant healthcare certification or degree (such as nursing, paramedical, EMT, or similar).
- Practical experience in occupational health or field medical support.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Prior experience in industrial, construction, or renewable energy settings.
- Familiarity with safety regulations.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment with both on-site and remote responsibilities.
