About the Role

• 6-month internship, onsite in Delhi ITO.
• Primary goal: Enhance product design capabilities and accelerate product development.
• Internal stakeholders: Digital platform product team, engineering team, marketing department.
• External stakeholders: Potential customers, partners involved in product integration or market analysis.
• Project goal: Secure an intern to contribute to product design, conduct product research, and provide support for product-related day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in product design conceptualization and iteration.
• Conducting market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Assisting in the creation and refinement of product roadmaps.
• Participating in product launch activities.
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, marketing) to ensure product success.
• Performing product testing and quality assurance tasks.

Target Outcomes

• Enhanced Product Design Contributions: Measured by the number of design iterations supported and successful integration of design feedback.
• Improved Product Research Insights: Measured by the number of market research reports generated and data-driven recommendations incorporated into product decisions.
