About the Role
The Operation Intern role is a full-time, Remote/ on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support daily logistics operations, including coordinating shipment schedules, tracking deliveries, and assisting with fleet allocation.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor operational dashboards.
- Gather and analyze data on route performance.
- Prepare basic reports for the operations team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain documentation.
- Support process improvements in cold chain and mid-mile operations.
- Gain exposure to supply chain workflows, standard operating procedures, and customer service interactions.
- Willingness to learn Sales support activities, such as coordinating with the business team on client requirements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- MS Excel or Google Sheets proficiency (beneficial).
- Attention to detail (beneficial).
- Proactive problem-solving approach (beneficial).
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and basic data interpretation abilities.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
- Foundational Operations Management understanding and interest in logistics or cold chain operations.
- Basic Project Management skills, including task prioritization and follow-through.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
