About the Role

Join our India team to support localized power and energy storage solutions. Working with sales, delivery teams, and our engineering teams in China, you will contribute to technical proposals, tenders, and project support. Fresh graduates and engineers with less than 3 years of experience are welcome. Assignments will match your academic background and technical interests.

Technical Specializations

Energy Storage and PCS

• Support pre-sales activities for energy storage power conversion systems (PCS), including technical exchanges, bid responses, and product materials.
• Research grid requirements, product standards, and competitors in India and relevant Middle East markets.
• Help document product requirements for R&D and support project execution.
• Academic, thesis, or internship experience in energy storage or power electronics is relevant.

Power Equipment Solutions and Technical Market Development

• Support localized solutions, technical bids, delivery clarifications, and solution standardization with the product team.
• For market support assignments, help sales with quotations, technical agreements, contract risk reviews, and industry events.
• Relevant university projects or internships are welcome.
• Familiarity with the Indian tendering process is an advantage for market support assignments.

Protection and Automation Solutions

• Support localized protection and automation solutions, prepare technical tender documents, and help coordinate delivery clarifications and changes.
• Contribute to standard solution materials and research local technical requirements.
• Coursework, research, or internship experience in power system protection, automation, or related electrical engineering is relevant.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Master's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation, Control Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Candidates with professional experience must have less than 3 years of full-time work experience.
• Candidates with prior work experience must have a continuous employment history with a single employer. Internships and academic placements are assessed separately.
• Relevant coursework, thesis research, internships, or project experience in at least one listed specialization, with the ability to apply engineering fundamentals.
• Clear English communication, effective coordination with customers and engineering teams, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
