We are recruiting for two distinct founding-board intern positions. Please specify which track matches your expertise when applying.

🤖 TRACK A: Technical Data Engineer & Automation Intern

On the Data & Automation team, you’ll have ownership over building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade data scrapers and ingestion rules using a Next.js 14, TypeScript, and Supabase ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and ship modular Node.js/TypeScript (tsx) parsers that handle varied data schemas from hundreds of distinct corporate and public career boards.
• Deploy background automation models utilizing GitHub Actions Matrix strategies to maintain zero-cost parallel processing architectures.
• Manage relational database interactions with our Supabase / PostgreSQL core to prevent data bloat.

Background

• Ambitious Computer Science / Engineering student or recent graduate seeking elite product experience.
• Deep proficiency with TypeScript, asynchronous Node.js, and relational databases.

📢 TRACK B: Growth Marketing & B2B/B2C Partnerships Intern

On the Growth & Partnerships team, you’ll have ownership over running outbound acquisition plays across two core channels: B2C Consumer Acquisition (targeting elite tech talent directly) and B2B Institutional Partnerships (cultivating relationships with UK universities, labs, and law firms).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2C Growth: Embed yourself within global forums (Reddit, Twitter/X, WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn) using value-first frameworks to pull tech talent into our subscription funnel.
• Build B2B Funnels: Source and cold-pitch Principal Investigators (PIs) and research directors at UKRI-approved entities to clear paths for exclusive job placement pipelines.
• Form Legal Alliances: Initiate early pipeline discussions with UK immigration law firms for bulk platform licensing packages.
