Junior Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with candidate sourcing, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and achieving recruitment targets in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Contact candidates, explain job opportunities, and assess their suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
• Work towards assigned recruitment targets and hiring deadlines.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and daily activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR; freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
• Laptop/desktop and a stable internet connection for remote work.
