HR Intern

About the Role

Cosmic Rulers is a recruitment and talent acquisition firm seeking a motivated and ambitious HR Intern to gain hands-on experience in client acquisition and HR/recruitment operations. This is a remote internship with the potential for full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition:
• Identify and connect with companies with hiring requirements.
• Reach out to decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, calls, and networking platforms.
• Generate leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Convert prospects into direct recruitment clients.
• Coordinate and support the signing of recruitment agreements.
• HR & Recruitment Operations Support:
• Support candidate sourcing and recruitment activities.
• Assist in screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Help with employee engagement and internal HR tasks.
• Ensure smooth coordination between clients and the recruitment team.

Internship Success Criteria

• Acquire and onboard 3 Direct Recruitment Clients for Cosmic Rulers.

Incentives & Full-Time Opportunity

• Performance Reward: ₹15,000 paid upon successful signing of agreements with 3 direct clients.
• Full-Time Employment: Offered after successfully acquiring 3 clients.
• Initial Salary: ₹15,000 per month.
• Confirmation Criteria: Successful closure of 3 hires for Client 1, 3 hires for Client 2, and 3 hires for Client 3 (total 9 successful placements), and completion of a 3-month probation period.
• Post-Probation Salary: May increase to ₹25,000 per month, plus performance-based bonuses and additional incentives on successful placements.
