Process Associate

About the Role

The Process Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Erode. This role involves handling data entry, data validation, and data processing tasks across various client projects, ensuring high accuracy and adherence to project timelines. The Process Associate will support BPO operations by following established workflows, updating records, preparing basic reports, and coordinating with team members and project managers.

• Reviewing and organizing information.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify inconsistencies, and follow structured processes.
• Customer service skills to handle client-facing tasks professionally and provide responsive, solution-oriented support.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic finance-related skills to work with financial data or transactions.
• Knowledge of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations, workflows, and service standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel), data entry software, and basic internet research.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• A minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in commerce, business, or related fields is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Erode, follow security protocols, and maintain confidentiality of client data.
