Fairdebt Solutions Private Limited is looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, referrals & social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Coordinate documentation and onboarding.
• Support campus hiring and job fairs when required.

Requirements

• 6 months – 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Good sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements.
• Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn or other recruitment platforms preferred.
• Male candidates preferred.
