Product Designer

About the Role

Lemnisk is seeking a curious, creative Product Designer to join our team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for turning ideas into clean, intuitive, and delightful digital experiences for our AI-powered Customer Data & Marketing Automation platform. Good design instincts, creativity, and a willingness to learn are prioritized over years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern, clean, and user-friendly interfaces for our platform.
• Turn ideas into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to bring designs to life.
• Explore fresh UI/UX trends and experiment with new design ideas.
• Use AI-powered tools to prototype faster and push creative boundaries.
• Help simplify complex workflows into experiences that feel effortless.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• A good eye for UI design, layouts, typography, colors, and visual details.
• Familiarity with Figma and a basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Curiosity about how users interact with products and what makes an experience great.
• Interest in experimenting with tools like Lovable, v0, Figma Make, or similar AI design tools.
• A portfolio, Behance/Dribbble profile, or personal projects showcasing your creativity.
• Someone who's open to feedback, enjoys solving problems, and is excited to learn.

Bonus points (not deal-breakers):

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
• Experience building prototypes or experimenting with no-code tools.
• An interest in micro-interactions, animations, or design systems.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates, self-taught designers, or anyone with up to 1 year of experience who genuinely enjoys designing digital products.
