About the Role
Golden Epaulettes Aviation (GEA) is hiring an Academic Counsellor / Sales Executive to join their team in Delhi. This role is for individuals who love aviation and want a career close to the world of flying, helping aspiring pilots start their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide aspiring pilots in choosing the right training path.
- Counsel students and parents with clarity and confidence.
- Turn enquiries into enrolments and build lasting relationships.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Communication and persuasion skills (Excellent)
- Handling calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups (Confident)
- Target-driven with the drive to close enrolments.
- Listening skills to understand each student's needs.
- Relationship-building and convincing ability (Strong)
- Positive attitude, presentable and self-motivated.
- Commitment of at least 6–8 months.
Qualifications
- PPL / CPL holders will be preferred.
Working hours: 10 AM – 6 PM
Location: Sector 7, Dwarka, New Delhi
