About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Franchise Sales Executive to sell our company’s franchise opportunities. The role involves lead generation, pitching, follow-ups, and closing franchise deals. The sales target is 3 franchises per month, and attractive incentives will be provided after target achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential franchise leads
- Explain the company’s franchise business model to prospects
- Conduct calls, meetings, and presentations with interested candidates
- Close minimum 3 franchise deals per month
- Maintain lead data and follow-up status
- Coordinate with internal teams for franchise onboarding
Target & Incentives
- Monthly Target: 3 franchise sales
- Incentives: Paid after achieving the monthly target
- Additional performance-based rewards may apply
Qualifications
- Experience in franchise sales, B2B sales, or business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
