About The Role

ViralChilly is seeking a creative, confident, and camera-friendly Social Media Executive who enjoys creating engaging content, speaking on camera, and bringing fresh ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Confidently appear in front of the camera for reels, videos, and promotional content.
• Write creative scripts, captions, hooks, and content ideas for social media.
• Perform basic video editing and coordinate with the team to produce quality content.
• Research social media trends, trending audio, reels, and viral content formats.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and suggest innovative content ideas.
• Maintain consistency in content posting and follow the social media content calendar.
• Track content performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and reach.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Female candidate with confidence and a natural on-camera presence.
• Excellent English-speaking and communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar software.
• Basic scripting and storytelling skills.
• Confidence in presenting ideas and taking ownership of assigned work.
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, social media trends, and short-form video content.
• Freshers with the right creativity, confidence, and communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Someone who is expressive, creative, proactive, comfortable experimenting with new content formats, and confident enough to represent a brand on camera.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (In-Hand)
