Creative Graphic Designer Intern

About the Role

• This is a remote position.
• 4-16 weeks remote internship opportunity.
• Expected to spend 10 to 15 hours a week.
• Interns who excel may be offered a full-time job.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the business environment and organizational requirements.
• Perform research on products and work with the marketing team on a plan.
• Collaborate with internal teams for new ideas and strategies.
• Conceptualize visuals for digital media campaigns, internal communication, presentations, and websites.
• Understand requirements, study designs, create drafts, and present ideas.
• Amend designs based on feedback and present final output.
• Use various graphic formats (e.g., infographics, videos, illustrations, logos) to communicate messages.
• Collaborate with other designers, artists, and stakeholders for inputs.
• Periodically present on marketing activities to management and stakeholders.
• Apply theoretical knowledge to daily activities.
• Support Business heads and Stakeholders in achieving business goals.
• Participate in weekly meetings with various teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Familiarity with Design Softwares such as Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Canva, GIMP, Coreldraw, etc.
• Must have a computer, smartphone, and uninterrupted internet connection with noise-cancellation headphones.

Qualifications

• Any graduate interested in Graphic Designing and Creative Editing.
• Good conceptual knowledge in the respective domain.
• Ability to turn a variety of ideas into artistic designs.
• Keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Willingness to work with a team of experts and follow systems and processes.
• Enthusiasm to learn and embrace new challenges.
• Experience in collaborating, leading tech fests, or managing clubs in an institute is a plus.
