About the Role
FIZIX Innovation Labs is seeking a Graphic Web Designer for a full-time, on-site position in Porur, Chennai. This role offers the opportunity to work on varied design projects, collaborate with a young creative team, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI-based renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually compelling digital assets for websites, social media platforms, online campaigns, and product-related content, in addition to traditional print mediums.
- Ensure design alignment with the company's brand and technology vision.
- Design graphics for web pages.
- Develop brand-consistent layouts.
- Create icons and visual elements.
- Refine typography for user-friendly interfaces.
- Collaborate with product and engineering members to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives.
- Optimize designs for usability and responsiveness.
- Maintain design libraries.
- Contribute to ongoing brand evolution across digital channels.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and web interfaces.
- Skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain consistent brand identities.
- Skills in Typography to create readable, accessible, and aesthetically balanced layouts.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Indesign, or similar.
- Basic understanding of web design principles (layouts, responsive design).
- Good knowledge of AI design tools.
- Experience with video and photo editing tools (e.g., Premier Pro).
- Proficiency with presentation software including Canva and Powerpoint.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience designing for technology, renewable energy, or electronics-focused products is an advantage.
- A relevant degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Web Design, or a related field is preferred.
Salary: Rs25,000 – Rs45,000 based on qualifications and experience.
