About the Role

This is a full-time Social Media Intern role based in Bengaluru, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of on-site work and work from home. The intern will assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media channels, helping to communicate FACsecurity’s products, services, and brand story.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting posts for social media channels.
• Creating basic graphic or video assets.
• Monitoring social media engagement.
• Responding to comments on social media.
• Supporting social media campaigns aligned with cybersecurity and AI topics.
• Coordinating with marketing and product teams to ensure accurate messaging.
• Tracking key performance metrics for social media.
• Suggesting improvements based on audience insights.
• Staying updated on social media trends and best practices relevant to technology, cybersecurity, and AI.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to manage and grow social platforms.
• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
• Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, especially for tech or B2B audiences.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear written English and professional online interactions.
• Interest in cybersecurity, AI, or deep-tech products, with willingness to learn domain concepts quickly.
• Basic familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, simple video editors) and social media analytics is beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and follow brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is an advantage.
