About the Role

P.Z. International is seeking a full-time, on-site Taxi Driver based in Kolkata. The role involves transporting passengers safely and efficiently to their destinations, adhering to traffic rules and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept ride requests.
• Plan and navigate routes.
• Operate the vehicle in various traffic and weather conditions.
• Assist passengers with boarding and luggage.
• Handle payments and provide fare information.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Keep the vehicle clean.
• Report any mechanical issues.
• Coordinate with the company team regarding schedules and service requirements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with local traffic regulations and road networks.
• Ability to use GPS or navigation applications.
• Willingness to participate in company-provided training on safety, customer service, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong driving skills.
• Ability to promote company services through professional conduct and positive passenger interactions.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic numeracy for handling fares.
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
