About the Role
This role focuses on managing event registration, communications, and reporting using the Cvent platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage event registration websites within Cvent using approved templates
- Own and execute all event email communications sent through the Cvent platform
- Produce and maintain event dashboards and reporting using Cvent templates
- Troubleshoot and resolve ad hoc issues with the Salesforce to Cvent contact sync
- Manage end-to-end event registration workflows for in-person events
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure event data accuracy across systems
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Direct hands-on experience with Cvent is essential
- Proven experience building registration sites and managing event emails within Cvent
- Familiarity with Salesforce
- Experience working with CRM to event platform integrations
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently
- Ability to resolve technical issues with minimal escalation
- Experience producing dashboards and reports from event data
Qualifications
- Cvent certification (Nice to have)
- Experience with other event management platforms such as Bizzabo or RainFocus (Nice to have)
- Background in B2B or financial services events (Nice to have)
