About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role involving the management and support of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and related hardware and software, to ensure stable and secure operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for network and system issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for maintenance and upgrades.
• Implement and maintain security controls.
• Document configurations and procedures.
• Contribute to infrastructure improvement projects.
• Provide hands-on technical support to users.
• Ensure minimal downtime and efficient resolution of IT-related problems.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong skills in Network Administration and Information Technology.
• Experience managing infrastructure components.
• Solid Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Knowledge of Network Security practices, including firewalls, access control, and basic security compliance.
• Good documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, ITIL Foundation) would be beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Nasik.
• Ability to manage priorities under time constraints.
• Ability to maintain a customer-focused approach.
