Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate can be a fresher or have 1-3 years of professional experience, strong client-handling skills, and proficiency in design software. This role requires creativity, excellent communication, and the ability to manage residential projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements for residential interiors.
• Develop design concepts, layouts, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Prepare detailed drawings and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Coordinate closely with the production team to ensure accurate fabrication of furniture and design elements.
• Work with the execution team to oversee on-site implementation and ensure design integrity.
• Prepare and manage BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for projects, ensuring cost accuracy and transparency.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with design concepts and client budgets.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Handle client communication professionally, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.
• 0–4 years of professional experience in interior design (residential projects only).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (mandatory).
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Work Schedule

• 6-day work week (Monday fixed weekly off)

• Marathahalli, Bangalore
• Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
