Position: Technical Process Executive - Service Desk

Work Model: Full-Time | 100% Work from Office

Shift: 24x7 Shift Rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to global clients via calls and email.
• Troubleshoot technical issues including:
• VPN
• Drivers
• O365
• Active Directory
• Operating systems and basic networking
• Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
• Work on ticketing tools.
• Analyze issues and provide timely, effective resolutions.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Any Full-Time Graduate (15 years of formal education - must have degree certificates and Marksheets).

• Select Customer Service when prompted.

• Once completed, note your AMCAT ID (accessible via the 3 dots on the top right of the screen).

• Candidates without registration and assessment will not be considered for the Walk-in Interview.

• Fill all mandatory fields marked with a star during registration.

• Attempt all questions in the SHL Assessment app; there is no negative marking.

• The assessment is proctored; use a quiet environment and a headset/headphones.

• Do not switch screens during the assessment. Any malpractice will lead to disqualification.

• Assessment cleared candidates will be processed for the Ops round.
