About the Role

Walk-in drive for freshers with B.Com/BBA/BBM/BSc degrees to work with Data.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Data processing tasks.
• Conduct website research and navigation.
• Read, understand, and interpret content.
• Manage outbound calls, adhering to scripts and handling various subjects/scenarios.
• Effectively assimilate process knowledge.
• Perform multi-tasking of voice and data entry.
• Demonstrate analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy with customers.
• Be flexible to work in a 24*7 environment, including night shifts (Rotational).
• Commit to working from the office only.
• Have no long leave planned for at least the next 1 year.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Excellent website research & navigation skills.
• Good reading, understanding, and interpretation of content.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, interpretation, and active listening skills.
• Good command over English Grammar and Fluency in English.
• Ability to manage outbound calls efficiently.
• Effective probing and analyzing skills.
• Capability for multi-tasking.

Qualifications

• Graduation: B.Com/BBA/BBM/BSc.
• Must have completed 15 years of full-time education (10+2+3).
• Graduation year: 2024, 2025, or 2026.
• All semester results must be declared.

Exclusions

• No MBA, M.Com, BE, B.Tech, or MCA candidates will be considered.
• Candidates with 06+ months of work experience will not be considered.
• Postgraduate candidates will not be considered.

Interview Information

• Date: 23rd October 2026 (Friday)
• Reporting Time: 09:30 AM to 12:00 PM
• Round 1: Aptitude Assessment (10:30 AM to 12:30 PM)
• Round 2: HR & Ops Screening Face to Face Interview (01:00 PM to 04:00 PM)
• Entry not allowed after 11:30 AM.

Documents to Carry

• 2 sets of updated CV (Hard Copy).
• Mandatory Identity Proof: PAN Card or Aadhar Card.
• Graduation completion certificate and marksheets (for onboarding).
• Earphones or headphones for the interview.

• PAN Card is mandatory for the assessment.
• Please carry a copy of the email invitation to the venue.
