About the Role

Mars Symantech Private Limited is hiring for a full-time, remote Google Mapping position based out of Hyderabad. This role is open to immediate joiners.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing, validating, and updating location-based data on mapping platforms.
• Ensuring addresses, routes, landmarks, and points of interest are accurate and consistent.
• Analyzing map data and performing quality checks.
• Correcting errors and documenting changes according to standard operating procedures.
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet daily output and quality targets.
• Following detailed guidelines and reporting issues or anomalies in the data.
• Using internal tools, maintaining logs, and participating in regular meetings or training sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in identifying and correcting data or mapping inconsistencies.
• Comfort with using web-based tools, spreadsheets, and basic computer applications for data entry and review.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with remote teams and follow written guidelines.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet productivity and quality targets.
• Willingness to learn mapping tools, processes, and standards quickly.
• Prior exposure to digital maps or GIS tools is an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma.
• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
• Immediate availability to join and work full-time on a fixed schedule aligned with project requirements.
