About the Role

NimbusPost is a technology-driven logistics platform focused on helping product-focused businesses ship faster, easier, and smarter. They provide automated and integrated shipping solutions.

The Operations Intern will support day-to-day logistics and operational activities to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves monitoring shipment status, coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners, and helping resolve issues such as delays, returns, and exceptions. The intern will assist in analyzing operational data, preparing basic reports, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MS Excel or Google Sheets proficiency is beneficial.

• Clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enrollment in or completion of a bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
