About the Role

TradeX Link is a UAE-based procurement and delivery partner. The Social Media Junior Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru, supporting the planning and execution of social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of social media activities across platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages.
• Assist in building an online community around the brand.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams.
• Help develop campaign ideas.
• Track basic performance metrics.
• Prepare simple reports on social media activities.
• Stay updated on social media trends, competitors’ activities, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
• Skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing.
• Strong Communication skills for writing clear copy, interacting with audiences, and coordinating with internal teams.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok (or similar) is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
• An interest in learning and growing in digital marketing.
