About the Role
Assure Clinic is seeking MBBS freshers for a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai focused on hair transplant and clinical trichology. The role involves assisting senior dermatologists and hair transplant surgeons.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in patient consultations, pre-operative evaluations, and treatment planning.
- Support hair transplant procedures.
- Monitor patients before and after treatment.
- Document clinical findings and maintain accurate medical records.
- Educate patients on treatment options, post-procedure care, and preventive hair and skin health practices.
- Participate in ongoing training.
- Adhere to clinical protocols.
- Contribute to a high standard of safety, ethics, and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration from the appropriate medical council.
- Strong interest in hair transplant, trichology, and dermatology.
- Willingness to undergo specialized training.
- Sound knowledge of basic clinical examination, medical history taking, and patient assessment.
- Ability to follow surgical protocols, maintain aseptic technique, and assist in minor procedures.
- Clear, empathetic communication skills for counseling patients.
- Attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
- Professional ethics, respect for patient confidentiality, and a compassionate, service-oriented approach.
- Capability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Basic computer literacy for using clinic management software and electronic medical records.
- Prior internship or exposure to dermatology or cosmetic procedures is an advantage, but not mandatory.
