Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Coordinator (Fresher) who will be responsible for communicating with clients, generating leads, sharing quotations, and supporting the overall sales process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build relationships with clients over calls. Basic involvement in quotation handling and billing will also be part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Tele Sales & Client Handling
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their requirements
- Explain products/services and generate interest
- Follow up with leads and assist in converting them into customers
- Sales Coordination
- Prepare and share quotations with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing
- Ensure timely follow-ups on leads and client requirements
- Maintain and update customer database
- Billing & Documentation
- Assist in basic billing and invoice handling
- Ensure accurate documentation of client transactions
- Coordinate with accounts team for billing-related queries
- Reporting & Tracking
- Maintain daily call reports and sales records
- Track lead status and update CRM/Excel sheets
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
- Strong willingness to learn sales and client handling
- Basic understanding of billing and documentation
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and meet targets

- 0-1 Years of Experience
- Eager to learn and grow in sales and client handling
- Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
