Junior Management Associate

About the Role

We are looking for ambitious, motivated, and people-oriented individuals to join our growing team in Bangalore as Junior Management Associates. This role offers practical, hands-on experience in face-to-face marketing, customer engagement, campaign coordination, and business development, while developing core skills for team leadership and management. You will learn about planning, delivering, and evaluating marketing campaigns, developing client relationships, and building high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of face-to-face marketing campaigns, brand activations, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Represent brands and campaign partners through professional, direct customer interactions.
• Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and communicating campaign messages.
• Learn the fundamentals of offline customer acquisition, campaign performance, relationship building, and business growth.
• Collaborate with experienced team members to share best practices and support campaign objectives.
• Develop the ability to coach, mentor, and support new team members.
• Gain exposure to team coordination, performance evaluation, recruitment, training, and operational aspects of running a successful campaign team.
