What You'll Do
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates for open positions
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Assist recruiters with candidate management and hiring processes
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment trackers
- Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Freshers, recent graduates, or students interested in HR and recruitment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and online research tools
- Interest in recruitment, human resources, startups, or technology
