HR Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This is a great opportunity for MBA freshers and fresh graduates who want to build a career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience in the complete hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
• Shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with offer and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Work closely with the HR and hiring teams to achieve hiring targets.

Qualifications

• Fresher in HR or 6 months of experienced in HR.
• MBA freshers or fresh graduates specialized in HR.
• HR specialization is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interested in recruitment and interacting with people.
• Proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, job portals, and basic Excel/Google Sheets.
• Comfortable with the BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy.

Note: This role is Work From Office in Andheri East, Mumbai. The internship duration is 6 Months with a potential for PPO based on performance. Compensation includes Upto 12,000 + Incentives.
