About the Role

Selections HR Services Private Limited is looking to onboard enthusiastic and driven individuals who are interested in building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, databases, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS regularly.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
• Support recruiters and account managers in fulfilling client requirements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Personal laptop for official use.
• Stable and high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Freshers or candidates with up to 8 years of experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
