About the Role

Entry-level research technician in dose formulation chemistry at a diagnostic laboratory. The position involves preparing pharmaceutical test materials for preclinical studies, primarily during the 3rd shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare lab reagents, solutions, suspensions, and capsules following study protocols
• Accurately record data in digital and written formats
• Apply formulation verification, sample disposition, and safe handling procedures
• Collaborate with scientists and technicians to ensure study integrity
• Maintain a clean, safe, and GLP-compliant laboratory environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or Microbiology
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn laboratory techniques
• Passion for science and pharmaceutical research
• Flexibility for overtime and working one weekend per month
• Ability to work the 3rd shift (3:00am–11:45am)

Compensation: $23/hr with a 12% shift differential.
