Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide Windows Deployment Services (WDS) infrastructure.
- Architect and manage Windows OS deployment solutions using WDS, MDT, and SCCM/MECM.
- Develop and maintain standardized Windows 10 and Windows 11 golden images.
- Configure and manage PXE boot environments.
- Integrate WDS with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policies, and SCCM.
- Automate deployment processes using PowerShell scripting.
- Design and maintain deployment task sequences and automated build processes.
- Manage driver packages, application deployment, and image customization.
- Troubleshoot deployment-related issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Support OS migration projects, refresh activities, and endpoint modernization initiatives.
- Create architecture documents, SOPs, and deployment runbooks.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and End User Computing teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor deployment engineers.
