About the Role

Crossing Infotech is hiring an Artificial Intelligence Intern for a full-time remote internship in India. The internship runs for 1 to 3 months with a monthly stipend of INR 15,500 to INR 16,500. Freshers and students are welcome to apply. Interns will work on live projects under the guidance of experienced team members.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Write Python code to clean, prepare and analyze data for AI and machine learning tasks.
• Build and test simple machine learning and NLP models.
• Design, test and improve prompts for large language models such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.
• Build small AI-powered tools, chatbots and automation workflows using APIs.
• Evaluate model outputs for accuracy and quality and suggest improvements.
• Research new AI tools, models and techniques and share findings with the team.
• Use Git and GitHub for version control and Jupyter Notebook for experiments.
• Work with the team to understand requirements and deliver tasks on time.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of Python (data types, loops, functions).
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts (regression, classification, clustering).
• Basic understanding of NLP concepts such as text processing and tokenization.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and large language models.
• Familiarity with Pandas and NumPy.
• Good written and spoken English communication.
• Git and GitHub (basic understanding).
• Jupyter Notebook.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with Hugging Face, LangChain or OpenAI and other LLM APIs.
• Basic understanding of SQL.
• Any AI or machine learning course, certification or project experience.

Eligibility

• Students and recent graduates in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc (Computer Science, IT, Statistics or Mathematics), M.Sc or any related field.
• Freshers interested in building a career in artificial intelligence.
• Candidates with a laptop or computer and a stable internet connection.
