Crossing Infotech is hiring a Lab Technician Intern for a full-time remote internship in India.

Job Details

• Title: Lab Technician Intern
• Duration: 1 to 3 months
• Stipend: INR 14,500 to INR 16,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update laboratory test records, sample details, and patient information in LIMS or spreadsheets accurately.
• Review diagnostic and pathology reports for missing details, errors, and formatting issues before they are shared.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for sample handling, sample tracking, and laboratory workflows.
• Maintain records of laboratory inventory, reagents, equipment logs, and calibration schedules.
• Support the preparation of laboratory SOPs, quality checklists, and compliance documents.
• Follow laboratory safety, biomedical waste, data privacy, and confidentiality standards in all records.
• Prepare daily and weekly laboratory operations and turnaround time reports in Excel.
• Work with the team to understand requirements and deliver tasks on time.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of laboratory operations, sample handling, and diagnostic testing.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and common laboratory tests (CBC, LFT, KFT, lipid profile).
• Basic awareness of laboratory safety and quality standards.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or MS Office.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and spoken English communication.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of LIMS or any laboratory management software.
• Familiarity with pathology, microbiology, or biochemistry laboratory workflows.
• Basic understanding of NABL and quality documentation.
• Any DMLT or BMLT course, laboratory certification, or internship experience.

Eligibility

• Students and recent graduates in DMLT, BMLT, B.Sc (Medical Laboratory Technology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Biotechnology), B.Pharm, M.Sc, or any related field.
• Freshers interested in building a career in diagnostics and laboratory operations.
• Candidates with a laptop or computer and a stable internet connection.
