About the Role

• Full-time Flutter Developer position.
• Hybrid role based in Bengaluru.
• Focus on designing, building, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications for fintech products.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clean and efficient code.
• Integrate back-end services and APIs.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot issues across Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to refine requirements, implement new features, and optimize user experience.
• Ensure adherence to fintech industry standards and security best practices.
• Stay current with Flutter updates, mobile development trends, and emerging fintech technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience with Software Development and Programming in Dart, along with familiarity with mobile development workflows.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and application design patterns relevant to Flutter and scalable mobile apps.
• Understanding of Back-End Web Development concepts and API integration (REST/JSON).
• Practical experience building and deploying Flutter applications for Android and iOS, ideally within fintech or other regulated domains.
• Knowledge of mobile UI/UX best practices, state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod), and performance optimization techniques.
• Awareness of security practices in fintech, including secure data storage, encryption, and safe communication with back-end services.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders, and manage tasks independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
