No previous sales or marketing experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients through face-to-face marketing campaigns, retail promotions, and community events.
• Engage with potential customers to introduce products, services, and promotional offers.
• Build positive customer relationships while delivering an exceptional brand experience.
• Support customer acquisition and business development initiatives across Arizona.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and company performance goals.
• Participate in daily coaching, sales training, and leadership development.
• Develop skills in communication, negotiation, marketing strategy, and customer relationship management.
