RN Residency - February 2027 Cohort

Locations: First Hill, Ballard, Cherry Hill, and Issaquah
This RN Residency with Swedish will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. Learn through a combination of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences guided by preceptors.
Position starts on February 22, 2027.
Full-Time Night Shifts available for most specialties.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Washington Registered Nurse License (Upon hire)
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Upon hire)
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.

Pay Range
$48.85 - $89.91 (Base pay range; additional compensation may be available)
