About the Role
The February 2027 RN Residency at Providence St. Joseph Health offers a structured program designed to provide the foundation and support necessary to become an expert in your chosen specialty. The program utilizes a combination of curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences, guided by experienced preceptors. This position is ideal for recently graduated RNs with less than 12 months of experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire)
- Newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
Preferred Qualifications
- National Certification in area of specialty
