About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Member role located in Lucknow. The Member will contribute to software development projects, support the design and implementation of web and internet solutions, and collaborate with team members to deliver scalable and reliable products.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in requirement analysis.
• Assist with coding and testing tasks.
• Document work.
• Provide ongoing support for client projects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements, quality standards, and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Technical aptitude with interest in software development, web technologies, and modern IT tools.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical tasks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working in a team-based environment.
• Attention to detail, commitment to quality, and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or relevant experience).
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and basic project documentation practices is an advantage.
