Job Title: Customer Service Assistant
Reporting to: Commercial Manager / Store Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Support visual merchandising by following guidelines for product displays.
- Ensure proper product handling and organization on shelves.
- Learn and follow company guidelines for stocking, housekeeping, and cashiering.
- Assist with basic cashier duties when needed.
- Participate in on-the-job training sessions to improve skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Any Graduate.
