About the Role

An investment management firm is seeking a Bilingual Client Associate to support sophisticated clients and their investment professionals. The position offers meaningful client interaction and responsibility for coordinating account activity, investment documentation, and service requests that require sound organization, accuracy, and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee client service requests from receipt through completion, communicating progress and coordinating outstanding items.
• Facilitate account establishment and maintenance, ensuring documentation is complete and requirements are addressed.
• Coordinate cash and securities movements, including investment funding and proceeds, with appropriate approvals and verification.
• Administer investment subscription paperwork and support related identity verification and due diligence processes.
• Work with financial institutions and investment service providers to resolve processing issues.
• Coordinate documentation and account requests with clients’ legal and financial advisors.
• Maintain organized records and facilitate delivery of tax reporting materials.
• Collaborate with investment, accounting, and operations colleagues while adhering to established compliance procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field required.
• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish required.

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
• Ability to manage concurrent priorities and exercise discretion with sensitive financial information.
