About the Role
Aegis Therapies is hiring a Program Manager to join their supportive team. This role offers the opportunity to improve the lives of seniors while developing leadership skills as the "go-to person" for customers, residents, and staff. The position is located at Heritage Elm Grove, Deer Creek, and West Allis, WI, within Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Outpatient settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Treat patients.
- Gain leadership experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling.
- Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.

Qualifications
- Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
- Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
- Current CPR certification, preferred.
- New Grads welcomed.
