About the Role
Love's Travel Stops is hiring Truck Care Cashiers to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean spaces with friendly service. This role provides fast, friendly, and accurate services for customers and may involve various duties based on business needs, emphasizing flexibility and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact with customers in the lobby and connect them with service specialists to identify service needs.
- Balance a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities while adhering to all state and local laws.
- Accurately input work order information into POS and verify the accuracy of services performed.
- Collect and close out pending invoices.
- Communicate with fleet maintenance departments to obtain work authorizations and/or purchase orders.
- Perform customer area and restroom maintenance, including detailed cleaning of toilets, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning mirrors and doors, servicing trash cans, and wiping excess oil from counters, doors, and windows.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
- No experience necessary; training is provided.
