Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory testing and chemical analysis of fertilizers and plant nutrition products.
• Assist in the formulation and development of NPK fertilizers, micronutrients, bio stimulants, and other agricultural products.
• Perform quality control (QC) checks on raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and documentation.
• Follow laboratory safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support R&D, production, and quality assurance teams in product improvement.
• Ensure accuracy in testing, sampling, and reporting.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong knowledge of basic chemistry and laboratory techniques.
• Understanding of chemical analysis and quality testing.
• Knowledge of laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Research capabilities for designing experiments, interpreting data, and solving technical problems.
• Background in Research and Development (R&D), especially in chemical or agrochemical product formulation and improvement.
• Knowledge of agrochemicals, basic regulatory requirements, and safety standards in chemical laboratories.
• Proficiency in scientific documentation, report writing, and use of lab-related software or tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Chemistry or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with experience in fertilizers, agrochemicals, plant nutrition, or chemical laboratories will be preferred.
• Candidates should be willing to work full-time at our Bhopal location.
