About the Role

• Freelance, remote 3D Modeller role.
• Create high-quality 3D models of jewellery pieces optimised for AR try-on experiences.
• Ensure accurate geometry, proportions, and visual fidelity.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate design references into detailed 3D assets.
• Establish clean topology.
• Apply materials.
• Set up lighting to achieve realistic renders.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams to maintain consistency with brand standards and technical requirements.
• Iterate on assets based on feedback.
• Support asset optimisation for performance.
• Manage version control.
• Maintain an organised library of models for use across the Dagina 3D platform.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Blender, Autodesk Maya or similar 3D tools.
• 3D design and 3D modelling skills.
• Proficiency in lighting setup and material application.
• Understanding of asset optimisation, topology, UV mapping, and file management for real-time or AR applications.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting jewellery or product design references into precise 3D assets.
• Experience using 3D tools to create production-ready models.
• Ability to achieve realistic, visually appealing renders suitable for AR environments.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements.
• Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to work to deadlines within a fast-paced product environment.
• Relevant education or training in 3D design, animation, visual effects, industrial design, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in jewellery, fashion, product visualisation, or AR/VR projects is an advantage.
